We took our daughter there and they were wonderful! Put my daughter at ease and were so nice and friendly. Explained the insurance so that we knew exactly what would be covered and what would be extra. Really enjoyed our experience. Will be making appointments for us too. :)

The staff was great and the doctors were very helpful and informative on my daughter’s eye issues, including different methods of treatment. Highly recommend them!
The whole family have been customers of Geauga Vision in Chagrin Falls for many years now. We go there for our routine eye exams, frames and lenses and contact lenses for the kids. Always great service and personalized care. No pressure to purchase unlike other opticians I have used in the past. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!
They are always helpful and friendly. It was considerably cheaper than America's Best who by the way are not helpful but are pushy. I have VSP insurance and Geauga Vision is in my plan which for me covered $200 for frames. America's Best said they would cover $70 because they are not in the network but tried to say the cost would still be cheaper. not even close since their cheapest glasses start at $69.00. Pay attention to your insurance and if these guys are covered I highly highly highly recommend them.
Myself and my son have gotten glasses here. Yesterday we went to get my daughter glasses. We spent quite a while looking. The employees were super nice and told us to take as long as we wanted.
Great experience. The entire office has been efficient, patient, responsive, and helpful working with me on my regular eye exam and contacts/glasses order.
All the staff is wonderful! Great for the whole family! My 3 kids, husband and I go here. I would definitely recommend anyone to try it out!
