You can’t get in touch w her, the office won’t even give you her email, which as a client/provider relationship, that’s very unethical. Her business office continues to charge my CC when I haven’t been back in over a year and only attended one free EAP session. Which is also unethical to charge the EAP and then also the client! Overall, very unethical provider and I might report to the board.
