I dropped off my bike for warranty work. two and a half months later and after several times calling they tell me they don't have the time to do warranty work they will just order the parts and I can pay for them. 3 weeks later they told me my bike is 12th in line to to be repaired or I can just come pick it up and pay for the parts that should have been warrantied. every time I called they always consoled me by the reminding me they weren't the ones who broke my bike and I could just come get it at any time. I bought my twins bicycles for Christmas. When we went to air up the tires, there was something wrong with the tube. I couldn’t fix it on my own, but was able to take it to Gear Up Cycles, and not only did he fix the tire, he also tightened up a few other things on it that I apparently didn’t do well enough. We were so pleased that ended up bringing our other bike up there and having them check it over and fix things on it as well. Thank you all so much!

I bought my bike from these guys a few years ago and I’m still happy with my bike and the service. Just had my bike tuned up and it rides like new. Highly recommend the tune up and Gear Up Cycles.
