Henry brings that energy in the room! He supportive and is cheering for you all the way through the work-out! If you need any changes his understanding and he will help you with any changes you may need and can help you with your goals! I’ll definitely take his class again!
Henry is highly knowledgeable about all things fitness. Gym is spacious and clean. And the training programs definitely pushes you. Highly recommend!
Henry and David are such exceptional coaches. They care and are committed to your success. Class is always engaging, challenging and so much fun. You laugh, push hard, learn something new about a movement or discover that your body is stronger. The workouts keep you growing. And the community makes sure you are always pushing yourself.
This was a great introductory class and Henry was super focused on making sure I got the best of it. I’m looking forward to future workouts.
