David makes the exercise explanations and demos approachable and accurate while bringing great energy! His verbal form cues and the way he does brief demos during the exercises is very helpful. Thanks David!
Awesome class good workout. Great combination of mobility and weight lifting. Gear Performance Functional Fitness is pretty great, especially with many group classes to choose from. The equipment and space are good, and I feel safe and supported here, especially with Coach David around. Today was my first Run club class which, I am happy I tried it out. I’ve been struggling with motivation and feeling a bit down lately, but my trainer has really helped me stay consistent and positive. He customizes each workout to keep things engaging and makes me actually look forward to going to the gym. Highly recommend!
