I highly recommend this gym! The programming is thoughtful, challenging, and adaptable to every individual’s abilities and experience level. What stands out most is the welcoming environment and the way everyone is encouraged to build confidence and try things they may never have thought possible. The coaching meets you where you are, then helps you develop the strength and skills to progress without ever feeling overly pushed. You leave each workout feeling stronger, more confident, and motivated to keep improving.
Fitness is the goal here. They look at your goals and abilities to help know when to push you or limit you to complete daily workout goals and overall personal goals. It’s very active and very inclusive, so there’s a good vibe for all fitness levels. I love the outdoor workouts too. Coach David is great and really helps tailor everything to your needs.
David makes the exercise explanations and demos approachable and accurate while bringing great energy! His verbal form cues and the way he does brief demos during the exercises is very helpful. Thanks David!
Awesome class good workout. Great combination of mobility and weight lifting. Gear Performance Functional Fitness is pretty great, especially with many group classes to choose from. The equipment and space are good, and I feel safe and supported here, especially with Coach David around. Today was my first Run club class which, I am happy I tried it out.
