Was this psychiatrist late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention? Yes, I always had their full attention Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to pay for parking! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Yes, it was convenient

Did this psychiatrist answer all your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

They made an extra effort to make me feel special Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes
