Chris did a fantastic job! He called right away after I put in the request (and that was at 6:30 am). He came out the same day and was able to fix the door in a short amount of time plus set up a keypad remote at the same time. All charges were reasonable.
Chris called immediately on a Sunday and was there within 20 minutes to replace the springs and he also serviced the door and door opener switch for no additional charge. Reasonable, professional and friendly.
Chris was quick to call me when I submitted for a quote, was able to come out when it worked for my schedule, was prompt (actually a little early...fantastic!), and did a fantastic job. He even looked over and adjusted my second garage door while there, as I was not completely happy with it's operation (had installed by someone else last year...boy, do I regret that now!). Chris was friendly and very fair on price. I would recommend him to anyone. Job well done!
Chris called immediately after we registered our request with Home Advisor and came out next day at time promised. Repaired garage door opener same day after some online research with unfamiliar product. Reasonable charge, friendly, professional service. Called Chris several days later with unrelated problem and he was able to walk us through troubleshooting on the phone which helped us to correct the problem. Would strongly recommend.
Very professional and honorable
Chris gave me an assessment of the problem and the amount over the phone. The next day he showed up and his assessment and price was the same as quoted. He is honest, dependable, and professional which I have found to be characteristics that are difficult to find nowadays. I highly recommend him.
We were quoted a ridiculous amount by another company, then Chris came out and told us we didn't need half the work they suggested! We ended up paying $400 less with Gear Garage for great work and honest workmanship. Would strongly recommend his services.
