He is very knowledgeable about garage doors & was able to fix ours right away.
Job was done promptly on same day that they were called. The sensors were replaced and the tech noticed that 1 spring was broken. 2 springs were replaced.
Repair was performed quickly and efficiently. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate my needs. He came on time, diagnosed the problems and made the needed repairs. I recommend him highly!
Chris called prior to advise when he would be arriving. He arrived on time as stated. Chris made the diagnosed and made the repair promptly, took the time to make sure garage door worked properly, took time to lubricate all hinges, springs, and gave me advise how to keep door working properly. Recommend him and would call on him again, if needed.
They called me within one minute of my posting for service and were at my house in less than 4 hours. They were able to diagnose my problem and fix it within a half hour. The price was right and they even fixed a smaller problem I was having that didn't have anything to do with my real issue and didn't charge for it. All in all a very pleasant and easy process with excellent results. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
