I ordered two bunker gear backpack from this company in August while at Fire Rescue International in Dallas. As of today I still have not received my backpacks or a refund which I have requested multiple times. I have talked to the secretary several times and I have even emailed the owner twice with no success in resolving this issue.
They clean bunker gear for surrounding area fire departments, and they appear to do a good job at this. However, the bunker gear bags that they sell are not durable enough to withstand regular use. I have owned two of their bunker gear bags, and each one ripped at the seams in various spots. Additionally, they use cheap plastic buckles and clips as fasteners - the plastic fasteners are prone to breakage when little to no stress is applied to them.
