Con man! AVOID! I scheduled an alignment. They said we cant align it because it has a bad ball joint. I said its new 40,000miles. Took to another shop- they said they are perfect. They did the alignment. Upon leaving GEA the mechanic says your brakes have only 25% left on them you need them now. Little did he know my regular mechanic replaced them 7 months ago and they only have 4,000 miles on the brakes. Absolute con artist here. Will never go back. Fix your staff Gus!
I drive a 2017 BMW 540. I originally contacted the mechanics across the street at Dell who referred me to GEA Auto. The initial impression was very professional helpful and kind. My fiancé spoke to them he explained there was a hose that tore and the engine was overheating. He purchased the piece and informed them we had it. We explained we would use AAA to tow the car the 3 miles to their shop. We showed up at G.E.A. looking for a car for our teenage son. Unfortunately, after sharing what we were looking for, Gus, the owner, said he didn't have anything like that at the moment. After talking with him a bit more, he referred us to another dealership in town he does mechanical work for. It was there that we found the perfect car for my son.
