I'm an almost-70-year-old woman, living alone, recovering from recent surgery, with arthritic ankles and neuropathy in both feet. My hands and my voice are shaky. Unfortunately, this company has mistaken my age/infirmity as opportunity to intimidate and viewed my slow movement and unbalanced unsteadiness as worthy of ridicule. I had several trees trimmed at both my house and another property we own. Michael came out and gave me quotes on all and was able to perform the work quickly. The trees look amazing! All the employees were professional, knowledagble and super friendly. I have had my trees trimmed numerous times over the years but this was by far one of the best trims we have received.
