He is not a good orthodontist! Period. He showed us a preview that that turned out teeth absolutely not moving accordingly later. We had Constant trouble with the treatment. So many back and forth teeth movement. When we ask him all the issues he started not able to answer why certain things ate done in certain ways. It’s very clear he’s not very knowledgeable And cannot consider case by case for each person‘s personal need and the unique feature. I give 6 out of 5 stars! Dr. Ge and the team did a fantastic job making my night guard. Dr. Ge is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely giving advice what’s best for the patient. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish, and the night guard fits perfectly—extremely comfortable. I felt well cared for and informed every step of the way. The best experience ever - Highly recommend Dr. Ge for expert, thoughtful orthodontic care!
They do not start working at 9 AM! They show up at 10 at best! I’m very disappointed! Our teeth alignment system broke and needed to be put back in place. In the end, after waiting for 40 minutes, no one showed up! No one answers phone calls! I’m extremely disappointed!
I received a thoughtful & thorough consult. Great service! I'm very impressed.
