Nice – I want to thank you for the work you did to quote the insurance premiums on our various coverage. I know you went to multiple companies to get the best prices in the market today. We appeciate your effort and know that it is good business practice to have independent bids from time to time just to assure that our present carrier is in fact showing us the best coverage at the best price. Nice – I found it much more efficient to fill out all information up front and get a clear and competitive quote than have to deal with a lot of telephone questions, back-and-forth, and marketing problems. I appreciate all the information I already gave being defaulted into the forms. Finally — a Web-based service process that works!

Amazing – I don't do this enough. That is, sit down and write an e-mail praising someone's outstanding job performance. This is the case with Jeff Westbrook. Jeff is responsive, courteous, patient and he always puts the customer first. When I ask Jeff to do something, I can walk away knowing that it will get done promptly and accurately.
