G&D Auto Collision is an amazing family owned body shop and they will treat you like family from the moment you walk in. Five stars for expert repair service.
i can only give them one star because there's no option for zero. I've not seen my truck since November. While they've promised me on six different occasions that it would be ready, they failed to meet that goal and didn't even bother to contact me to tell me. This it literally the worst service I've ever had from any auto service center of any kind. Was referred there several years ago and I have had a number of fixes there, always exceptional service, quality work, efficient and timely.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENJOY A CAR ACCIDENT?? YES!!!! Angela and her team assisted this female first timer from start to finish!! I was treated like family and I felt like I had a support team the whole way through. Excellent customer service! Not your typical auto place. Angela and her family are genuine people and they will take care of you and your car. I had my car worked on last summer and I was quite impressed. The employees are very professional, respectful, and trustworthy. Great quote, too!
