Had an exceptional experience at Kal Tire in Dartmouth/Halifax today. It was clear from the phone call appointment yesterday that Luke wanted to understand my tire issue and get it resolved. After I reported a front end rotational noise on our Sprinter Camper van, Luke asked specific questions to narrow down the possibilities, he did a road test and lift inspection.
