Terrible! Misled about the overall cost (final figure did NOT include labor - several hundred more). Didn't hear from them for 3 wks until I called them - "Oh sorry, we dropped the ball". Installers had to wait on the flooring material because the guys at the GCO store realized they didn't have enough. Finally, installation was terrible. Alot of flooring companies in Jackson - keep looking!
