I have rented from them several times and have always been very happy. I find their service more personal than Enterprise or Hertz (which I have also used). The cars are always clean and in good condition. They go out of their way to accomodate you. I definitely recommend.

I needed to rent a car and have had bad experiences in the past with other "bigger companies". I decided to give Westchester Car Rental a chance and I'm so glad I did. They made the experience so easy. The staff is very attentive, personable, and efficient. My car was clean and well maintained. Next time I'm in need of a rental I know where I'll turn.
This company was very helpful. I reserved a car at enterprise and was told I can use my debit card with no hassle only to find out when i got there, they needed all types of info from me like utility bills. Of course I did not have them cause i was never told the correct info. As I was walking out a customer told me that he noticed a car rental place down the street. I live in Manhattan and decided to rent a car from Westchester car rentals because the prices were much more affordable! They picked me up from the train ¿ no charge. The service was great. They had my car ready when I arrived; the transaction was quick and easy. Overall ¿ Great experience. I would definitely make the trip up there again!
Defanitely recommend these guys. They took my debit card with no problem and even picked me up and dropped me off. Their prices were competative with the big guys and customer service was pleasant and quick. Was defanitely worth the trip up from Manhattan.
I found these guys from my mechanic and they were great! Much better than the national companies. The rates and service were excellent and I would defanitely recommend them.
