Worst experience ever. Woke up to go there at 5 am then they told me to come back at 10 and I did, they did what they had to do and after that they said I couldn’t donate because I took lithium 3 YEARS AGO FOR ONLY ONE MONTH even less maybe. lithium only stays in your system for 5 days, 3 years.? It was just so stupid. I haven’t been on meds for years and I was feeling alright until they told me that dumb thing. Don’t even waste your time.

Buenas tardes, se debería de poner más atención en el trato hacia los donadores últimamente no sé si es demasiada presión o cansancio de los trabajadores que ya no es lo mismo. Hay muchas personas y los invito a cuestionar para que vean la realidad de que salen con los brazos como coladeras, los brazos morados por que no encuentran la vena y te están moviendo la aguja durante la donación. Pésimo servicio ay muchas cosas malas de ahí bye
Desafortunadamente desde que cambio su ubicacion ya no es lo mismo, los tiempos de espera para tomar muestra son hasta de 4 horas. Desorganizacion obvia por parte del personal, el trato amable y la cortesia ya no se observan. Y en cuanto a la toma de muestra pocos flebotomistas no te tratan como una máquina, se agradece a esos pocos como María (de las pocas que recuerdo el nombre). Y a esos como George que no te ven ni a los ojos, o Flor o Cynthia quienes ya no son los mismos en cuanto a la atención. Han perdido ya un donado... read more
