Everyone is so nice and they definitely know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend this family owned and operated business!!!
I cannot recommend this place. We spent so much money to replace our master bedroom floor for it to be in horrible condition from fading less than a year later. The power told us not to worry about it, that it would be fixed, only to find out that it won’t be and that we have to basically deal with it. I think that if you're going to assume it will be fixed and it is not, it says a lot about this place. Basically, we spent thousands to have to replace it AGAIN. Very disappointed in this store.

We all have different experiences. I am sad that I cannot recommend this "place/company" GC Floors- Maybe this was too large of a job for them. $10,000.00 !!! As older folks and veterans, we still try to help others. A fellow veteran asked us to help this mother/daughter "business" in Seguin. Never have we ever been treated worse. The purpose of reviews is to helps others. Please avoid our mistakes. We now have a door that will not open. We told them about this and they responded "call a plumber".
