I had an amazing experience with C&G auto glass mobile window replacement service! I had no idea that at-home service was even an option, but now I can’t imagine doing it any other way. Gustavo was incredibly responsive — he got back to me quickly and was available to replace my driver-side window within just a few hours of contacting him. The price was very reasonable, and he went the extra mile by cleaning up all the broken glass as well. If you need a window repaired, don’t hesitate — reach out to them. Highly recommend!
My boyfriend found this business through Google, and we were really impressed. They came out to us and had the window fixed in under 30 minutes. The service was quick, and the technician was professional and courteous. He even vacuumed all the shattered glass from inside the car, which we really appreciated. Terrible experience. This business does not stand behind its warranty. After setting an appointment to address the issue, they canceled the night before-then repeatedly promised to call the next day to reschedule, but never followed through. This happened multiple times. Zero accountability, zero communication. If you're expecting service after the sale, look elsewhere.
