Initially, I was very charmed with this company. They were warm and supportive after my mother passed away. At first, it seemed like it would be easy to close this portion of the estate. My Mom was very organized and planned every aspect of her transition years in advance. She left precise and clear instructions with any and everyone related to her finances. I thank them for reaching out to me after 19 years since we’re pas... read more

I then called to check on the status of my father's accounts and they told me they did not have the required paperwork to proceed. Yet another phone call to GBU after that to confirm that they sent me a confirmation email that they received the required paperwor... read more
