While most of my interactions with policy representatives have been consistently kind and prompt, my experience with the technical support team was quite the opposite—marked by poor communication and a lack of professionalism.

My name is John. I was contacted by GBU about a month ago about a policy that my mother my deceased mother has had with them since 1962. I had no idea it came out of nowhere anyway I followed all of the claims procedures and Just today received the reimbursement. For my experience, the claims department at GBU has been a nightmare to work with. After my father passed away, I submitted all required forms and received confirmation from GBU that those forms were received. I had not received any communication from GBU after that. I then called to check on the status of my father's accounts and they told me they did not have the required paperwork to proceed.
