I had a situation with my policy at the end of it's term. Instead of it ending, it kept going and money was being automatically drawn from my account. After I realized it I brought it to GBU's attention. They were extremely cooperative in getting it resolved and even reimbursed me for the money that was taken out. I can't thank them enough for making the customer satisfied. Good business!

I liked this place when interest rates where low they had a competitive variable rate MYGA product that was supposed to go up if rates did. Well it didn't go up very much .Their paying 3.35 % as of 7-23. Most everyone else is over 4-5%. ,
