While most of my interactions with policy representatives have been consistently kind and prompt, my experience with the technical support team was quite the opposite—marked by poor communication and a lack of professionalism.

My name is John. I was contacted by GBU about a month ago about a policy that my mother my deceased mother has had with them since 1962. I had no idea it came out of nowhere anyway I followed all of the claims procedures and Just today received the reimbursement.
