Called to get a quote for a customer of mine and answers very rudely, then hangs up on me... ill take my business elsewhere and you should too.
I have been trying since December to have repairs made. All I get are excuses. Mostly technician not available. Absolutely no help whatsoever. I don’t see how they stay in business. Horrible company
If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible service… don’t cover anything… it says everything is covered but in reality they will find an excuse for no matter what your claim is to say that it’s not covered. My child left marker staines on our chair and that’s literally the first thing they advertise in their protection plan, so I claimed it. I have bought the warranty from these people for my couch through the furniture place. Since AUGUST (currently January) I have been trying to have someone come out to clean it of stains. They always say someone will contact me within 5-7 business days but it NEVER happened. I have never been so disappointed with a service to leave a review like this. I purchased their protection plan and have filed a claim 2-3 months ago. I have reached out multiple times and not a single time have I been contacted back. Do not waste your time or money on any of their products!
