Beware this company if you are a tenant. The experience we jad was nightmarish. The property was not cleaned or painted when we rented, the toilets leak and it takes forever to get repairs because the owner wouldn't authorize it, then they charged us for the broken toilet that was cracked before we moved in! We did not get any of our $2100 deposit except for the $600 we spent to clean the house and rugs (which were dirty when we moved in!) Unless you enjoy going to court to get your deposit back, avoid this company!
I have lived in this property for 6 months they have yet to repair one thing, even things they knew needed repair before I signed the lease. My condo wasn't even cleaned before I moved in (who does that?) And to add insult to injury I had to fight for compensation for that because they didn't want to send anyone out to clean it. The people leaving positive review must be the employees. I'm so disturbed at their lack of common courtesy and response. Save yourself the headache don't rent their properties.
