DO NOT GO HERE... This place is a joke... Here is my story. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Caravan from this dealership mid June 2020. The purchase was easy and done quickly (i paid cash) and they gave me temp tags for 90 days. I was very happy. They said I should be getting my title in a week or two (two tops due to covid 19, there may be delays). Well, that never happened. My title wasnt given to me until 3.5 months later. Hello Rhianan Due to Covid the title took a little longer go get. Even after we got the title you took another month to come pick up the title from our dealership, sense the vehicle had a balance a lien had to be made. The title wasn't messed up it was just missing a signature from the previous owner which we got fixed the same day. After two temp tags We are not allowed to give any more extensions, that's why we offer to help and give an adjustment.
Not sure why anyone would give this place good reviews. Showed up for an appointment to look at a car and they took it to auction the morning before I arrived. I corresponded several times and even had an appointment to have it looked at by my mechanic, which they were aware of and agreed too. Bad business ethic. The guy in the office was unapologetic and had no idea what was going on. Take your business elsewhere.
I bought my 2001 tahoe there and it was honestly the best detail work I couldn't be happier, it's still running strong after beating it up in construction and hauling trailers, plus the service was so great and friendly. I recommend going there and buying a vehicle! Thank you guys!
