Very unfriendly and crowded they could probably overwhelm the place if they could. You might as well sit in someone’s lap when working out that’s how greedy they are with shoving equipment so slide together. They expensive and don’t use paper towels or cleaning supplies. You best bet is @planetfitness.

Brizettes bootcamp at 730 is a great workout. She’s a great instructor/trainer!

I joined in January and I love the trainers for water aerobics but the pool heaters have not been working. They were down to one heater until last week now they don’t work at all. The whole reason I joined was to take water aerobics for health reasons. The staff is not helpful at all. This is completely unacceptable.

TERRIBLE customer service from the manager. I called for info about whether or not they allow guests (they charge for each guest visit.) I began asking questions about what the benefits of joining their particular gym would be, for the cost, and explained I was trying to decide which gym to join. The manager was rude, only answered me after I asked my question repeatedly, and basically said if I want to see what they have to offer, I should just look at their pictures on the website.
