Our HOA switched to GB Property Management about two years ago and we have been extremely happy with them. We have a small HOA - 11 units - in Somerville. We have been working with Shane and he has been phenomenal. He runs our HOA meetings and always comes prepared with a clear agenda, a well-documented budget, and answers to residents’ questions. GB Property has done a tremendous job with our building. Shane especially has worked diligently with our HOA to get our building where it needed to be after taking over from the previous management company. He and his team are very responsive to our concerns and everything is taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a management team.
