Our HOA switched to GB Property Management about two years ago and we have been extremely happy with them. We have a small HOA - 11 units - in Somerville. GB Property has done a tremendous job with our building. Shane especially has worked diligently with our HOA to get our building where it needed to be after taking over from the previous management company. He and his team are very responsive to our concerns and everything is taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a management team.
