By far the ABSOLUTE WORST property management company. People live better on Mass and Cass then one of there units. I have been fighting mice n roaches for 2yrs now. Have literally had the exterminator at my apt at least 2 dozen times. PM says “ we r gonna to bomb the whole house” NEVER EVER happened. But did then turn around and take me to court for $697. Attorney fee/ filing fee at least $500. By the time I received the 2nd notice with a court date, I had paid the balance down, with $200 remaining. So not only are they slu... read more

GM Management owes me $750. They continued charging me for gas for MONTHS after my lease ended, and when I finally noticed and confronted them they did not explain why they were not paying their bills themselves. They admitted they owed me the money but haven’t paid me back and it’s been almost 4 months. My old roommate is now receiving debt collection calls for a bill from 6 MONTHS after our lease ended and the property manager will not respond to our calls or emails. I’m an owner in a building managed by this organization and they have been impossible to get in touch with. Any phone call I try to make is through an automated system that never connects me with a live person, always a voicemail, and maintenance requests are rarely if ever followed up on. Avoid if possible.
