Amazing company who n worked fast to help me resolve a major issue i had with my furnace ans the tabl being tipped over.
Front desk lady was very nice and helpful every time I came in. I believe it was the owner who helped me once the first time I arrived with a flare fitting and he was quick to help me. I’m sure I’ll be back and highly recommend them. They fixed my gas log set in a few days and it was very affordable.
Thank you G and B for your prompt and supportive response. My parents had previously been with another company that moved and you helped change the service for my 87 yr old father. You are always sure he is never out of gas and keep me informed on price changes or anything that needs to be known. Thank you for the smiles that can be heard on the phone. I needed my two RV-sized tanks certified for another five years. The man in the office jumped right up to get the work done, all the paperwork, and it was fast and very pleasant experience. Thanks for the visual certification, much appreciated that you could do it without an appointment or long wait, as I was passing through Wilkesboro for just a few more days.
