If you ever have had to take your vehicle in to a shop, you always seem to have your fingers crossed and dab your forehead as you hand over the keys. This certainly is not the case at Gaylord's. I discovered Gaylord's when my rear wiper stopped working. Luckily, it only needed to be tightened, rather than replacing the motor. Thanks for your honesty! I have taken my car there twice to be worked on and I live 6 hours away! Keep up the good work!
