I like Dr. Mccloskey a lot. She is thorough and takes the time to explain things to her patients. She is transparent and compassionate. It is the office procedures that have caused me to set this rating and also to find another doctor. Most of the staff are great. The office hours and phone system make it difficult to make appointments. Long wait - technology problems - service great once doctor got to me.
Dr. Mccloskey is very thorough, very patient, and has a sense of humor. She helps make the patient feel at ease which is one the greatest arts a doctor can possess. Many doctors understand the science of being a doctor, but only the best understand the Art of being a doctor. She is in that special category.
Premier Dermatology is a great practice, very professional. I have been to the Naperville and the Yorkville locations. Dr. Mccloskey is very professional and thorough. I highly recommend Premier.
