Incredible service. Puppy got one hearing aid. Found it a little worse for wear. Called Richard Bullington’s Belltone office. Receptionist great and attentive. Richard got me in same day and corrected the damage and I could not have been happier. This kind of service In any business is unheard of today. My hearing test experience was great. The intake was filling out personal history and wellness. I was then interviewed by Richard and the tests were conducted with highest respect and clear directions. Upon completion of the hearing test, he went over the results and explained the graphs in detail. I will be reevaluated in a year to determine if there is a need for hearing aids.
