I recently made a huge leap of faith and moved to Dallas to accept a position with the company that I work for. My mother-n-law is undergoing chemo and had a hard time losing her hair due to the treatment. I received a call from a friend of my asking if I would go with her to pick out her wig. She has cancer and starting her treatments soon, so she knew this was something she had to do. My wife visited this salon in the past month or so and was VERY disappointed....the wig that was purchased was unsatisfactory and did not live up to my expectations. The business owner did not show any interest in making the situation better ....in fact, she was actually rude. My 17-year-old daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer requiring chemotherapy. Another exceptionally satisfied customer guided us straight to Gayle. She selected the ideal wig for my daughter within 30 seconds. We are constantly met with the question, from doctors and fellow patients, in a polite whisper, "Is that a wig? Where did you get it?" I have a rare neurological condition for which I must take a cocktail of medications. One side effect is hair loss. I came to Gayle defeated and embarrassed by my situation.
