I went to this dentist a couple of years ago for a much needed cleaning. The office had nothing but 5 star reviews. I was given multiple X-rays and advised my teeth could not be cleaned because my roots were in such bad shape that they needed to be scraped first. This would require two visits to complete because it's a very long and invasive process. Obviously also very costly. They have treated me and my family very respectfully, and the dentist is very personable. Office staff is very accommodating.
Everything was going well with my treatment at Trinity Dental earlier this year, and I truly sympathize with the team for the hardship caused by their office flooding — twice. That said, I paid over $7,000 in spring 2025 for an implant, a bridge, and an implant crown — the crown has not been delivered. Amazing staff and great doctor. Always on top of your treatments, follow ups and always available to help their patients. Doctor is very knowledgeable and straight to the point about your condition & proper treatment. I was a lifelong smoker and a year & half ago she was very firm and straight forward about the damages that smoking has caused and she gave me an exact time before I loose teeth and gums and she was absolutely right.
