Ruined my plastic and paint by putting duct tape directly on the car. I spent 3 weeks trying to get an appointment with Gay Family KIA Service. I made several phone calls that were unanswered. I left 2 messages with the Chat system on their website with no call back. I left messages directly with the dealership with no call back. We have tried to reach out to you. We did not realize that our wash crew put that tape on because the molding was loose and they did not want it to get damaged in the car wash.
