Everyone seems rude there. Seems impossible to make an GMC appointment with the person who takes care of it. I just want to drop my truck off for an oil change and some warranty work. Was hung on on twice by rude receptionist. The whole staff needs training in customer service and just being friendly.
I took a car in an '05 Cobalt with sputtering motor issues. After 2 days of just sitting there, I finally get a call back that "there is low compression in #4 cylinder", and that they want permission to tear into the middle of the motor and start analzying. I told them 'no', and I picked up my car and took it to Taylor Automotive in Dickinson. Long story, short: it was the Coil Packs, there NEVER was low compression. Dropped my suv off on a Friday morning for a couple of things and told them I needed it by the following Wednesday. They said no problem. They called back that Friday and said it would take longer so I told them I needed a loaner vehicle. They said they couldn't get me one till Saturday. Someone called Saturday and said the vehicle was ready so I went there and nothing was ready! They didn't even know who called and said they didn't have any loaner cars available. Awesome dealership! I came in a few times looking for a new GMC truck. The salesman was very friendly and remembered my name every time I came by. After I bought the truck the service has been very good. Their service staff have been very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Gay GMC to anyone looking for a new GMC truck.
Great Place – Great experience with this place. I was looking around one Saturday and wanted to see the new GMC trucks. The sales person was very nice and helped me find one I really liked. I fell in love with it and couldn't resist taking it home! I would really recommend this dealer to any of my family and friends. They are very friendly and I got a great deal.
Lies, Lies and LIES – I had a HORRIBLE experience here after purchasing my vehicle in the 'used' car section. The actual sale and vehicle are fine but dealing witih the Sales Manager, NINO, was an awful experience. He lied to me on 3 different occasions (on things that I have no idea why he'd lie...like how many miles I put on the car after purchasing).
