I went in to have a root canal and Dr Joel Gaw ruined my tooth, filled my face with air from his drill and drilled through my tooth, causing subcutaneous emphysema. When I asked him what was happening, he didn’t know. He didn’t know about the crepitus (air bubbles) under my skin when I asked him. This is a dangerous condition and I have been told by an oral surgeon at UT that it could happen again when he removes this tooth and my face has been stretched out causing me to have sagging skin. Dr. Gaw is my favorite! All of his experience makes me 100% confident I am getting the best care! Tammy Tucker is the most gentle hygienist. Love her for my checkups! Hands down, best dental office around!
