Dr. Young and Kootenai Health are wonderful providers. He is very caring, explains things well, is reassuring and has many years of experience. He has been my GI doctor for 17 years, guided me through colon cancer and other GI issues. Kootenai Health is an excellent facility with top notch staff, equipment, facilities and very committed to excellent individualized patient care.
Dr Young is a kind, compassionate doctor. He is very thorough and takes the time to listen to my concerns. He’s very personable, so you don’t feel like just a number when you go to him. His staff is also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Young was very kind and capable. After my husband's procedure, he came by his hospital room to walk us through the MRI scan and explain the next steps. He took his time to answer all our questions.
Everyone was sooo nice and Dr. Young took his time explaining the outcome. I may go back next week and do it all over again. ??
I was the last appointment for the day, so wait was about an hour but everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would make my appointment for the same time next time, even though I had to wait longer. It wasn't that bad and they brought nice warm blankets.
I have seen Dr Young for several procedures....I won't see anyone else. He is caring, compassionate and funny.
I have been a patient of Dr. Young on two occasions. He explained the process before and after my procedure. I would highly recommended Dr. Young.
My experience was so much better than a previous one with a different doctor. Very professional. I also appreciate a follow-up call I made to one of the nurses on staff. She gave me pertinent, knowledgeable answers to my questions; very, very helpful as I try to do my best to live a healthy lifestyle.
What can I say, it's a colonoscopy. Brief chat before and after, slept through it.
