Gavin was great to deal with! We got into all of the houses we wanted to see quickly, and sometimes, like in the case of the house we chose, same day! Got all of our questions answered and followed through with all of our concerns. If you go with Gav, you're in good hands.
We used Gavin to sell my parents property. He was so great at communicating with us. We live out of town so it was really nice to know he was checking on the property for us. He was even shoveling off the porch. I highly recommend using him as your agent!
