My daughter and I met with superb Gauthier technicians, Norman and Mark, in April. They might as well have been wearing superhero capes as they solved a serious problem regarding a leaking radiator in a recently purchased home built in 1941. Excellent service and a fair price. Came out on a Saturday morning to take care of a heating emergency. Highly recommended. I won't use anyone else.
We had the worst experience with this company ..they don't call you back and when I finally reached them , the women who answered the phone was so rude..we went 5 days with no heat...we had to call another company...dont use them they don't care about their customers!
