I’m a caregiver from another company. There are many times i have to call to find out where my replacement is. There is no communication to the family unless i call. We do handoffs reports but i literally have to explain everything the client needs, it seems you guys don’t provide any information about the client or how to enter the clients home. I feel like i’m training your caregivers when they are new or been there a few times. I have to stay 30minutes to an hour after my clock out time to explain or wait or both.
Great team of people to work with. They do a great job taking care of their clients with compassion and expertise.
All the caregivers at Gauthier are amazing! Even the office staff are so nice and attentive. I recommend them for any age that needs home care.

Communication is A+ with Gauthier Home Care. Any questions you have will promptly be answered with a phone call or email.
