I brought my vehicle to Gauthier Collision Centre for a rear bumper repair and part replacement. Before the repair, everything including my power liftgate worked perfectly using the button and remote. After picking up the car, the liftgate stopped working properly. Absolutely horrible customer service. It’s ridiculous how their staff are dealing with their customer. I am not sure where they taking this attitude and approach from, but I bet that Mr. Jim Gauthier would not appreciate such an unethical and unprofessional engagement with their customers. I truly believe that no one allowed to be rude and also judge by appearance. I have been Gauthier customer since my first day in Canada.
