They charged my credit card without telling telling me even though, I fully paid my deductible and them MPI settled the claim and paid them the remaining amount and ofcourse my insurance is increased, then after three months they charged my credit card with extra money without giving me any indication. The rental they gave me had a little scratch and they charged me couple of times over to fix that and then after such a long time they charged me again for no reason. Scammers , they don’t tell you the cost of front in case anything happens to the rental vehicle. They don’t reply to the email and then straight up charge your credit card.
Will not work on Toyotas older than 2012. Too bad :(
