When I first walked in , I was a little nervous because I had never been there. The receptionist made me feel comfortable. The doctor and nurses were awesome. Askedquestions asked me if I had any questions. I felt informed and good about my visit when I left.
I was very impressed with Dr. Balakrishnan. He took his time explaining diagnosis, test results, treatments and medications. You had the ability to show EMPATHY and allowed me time to ask questions while you listened and answered honestly. This doctor doesn't treat you differently regarding what your insurance is. Some of you will no exactly what I mean. One of a rare set of Doctors! Very personable and listens to everything I ask. Never rushes me out of his office. I will never hesitate going to see him.
It is always a joy to see Dr. Balakrishnan and his staff. They always have a smile on their face and make you feel at ease.
