My endocrinologist is very good at helping me with my Addison's disease. If I tell her something’s not right the she helps me figure it out and gets things back on track.
Everyone is nice
I would give zero stars but it makes me put one. I can’t even believe the gaslighting and dismissive behavior of this doctor. I sat there in disbelief. Waited months to see an endo to be told “let’s not focus on your labs” “all your symptoms will be fixed with a Mediterranean diet”… I’m shocked
I had a referral from my PCP and had to wait 3 months to get an appointment, her office called me after waiting the three months and tried to cancel my appointment before even seeing me. Once I did get in I was told I was misdiagnosed for 14 years and on medication I did not need. She weaned me off medication and I felt horrible. I told her this and she blamed me being on night shift (even though I had been for 7 years with no problems). So made a life change to day shift and still felt horrible.
