Very happy with my experience! I called for RFQ for a new HVAC system, non-emergency, and an estimator was out next day. The estimator/sales guy performed a very thorough review of our specific needs, was knowledgeable and courteous, and was transparent about the process and pricing. Joe was great! He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure we understood our options. His honesty and professionalism gave us complete confidence in the process. We also really appreciate how quickly Gault Cooling and Heating got us scheduled—they fit us in promptly, and we’re getting our new HVAC system, furnace, water heater, and duct cleaning done on Monday! The Gault rep that came out to our house was Ken Aguilar. He did a very thorough review with us. He took the time to explain the system and the process moving forward. He answered all of our questions. We are very satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend Gault Heating & Cooling.
Old furnace shut down on us. Called Gault Poland at 8 AM and they were able to get someone out to check out the issue very quickly. The person that answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The technician who came to the house made me comfortable immediately with his demeanor, expertise and presentation. Knew the issue almost immediately. Made a couple quick fixes and reviewed all issues in detail. Truly a great experience given the circumstances of not knowing what they problem was.
Fast service. We were grateful to received an estimate the same day as we called. Gault's technicians were able to come earlier in the day for installation, which was nice. They took steps to ensure our floors were protected by laying down runners and wearing boot covers. It was a very professional and friendly experience, as well as with the scheduling coordinator. Thanks again.
