Joe gave us a a thorough explanation of our particular situation and many options to chose from as well his best recommendation. Did some research on my own and discovered that his best recommendation was our best option as well. Wanted AC for my mom's home...She never had it and was excited. Was initially very impressed with the sales folks and information on split system AC. When time came to install, plans were not what we had agreed on...asked salesman to clarify...said he would get with installers and get back with me...no follow-up..Never did.... After buying a new house, I contacted the company for a new furnace…hot water tank and central air unit. Bill came out to my home to discuss my options and review my current equipment I already had installed. He took his time even showing me what he was observing and explaining to me why or why not I needed things replaced. I highly recommend Gault heating they have a team of very professional and experienced technicians. I had a new Lennox furnace and central Air and new hot water tank.
Excellent service. Pricing seemed a bit high considering the price of the part, but it was fixed, on the first call, within 15 minutes. Service was outstanding. Both men were very professional and I appreciated the extra tips and hints to help with efficiency and extending the life of the unit. (Most I already knew, but it's good to have reminders)
