Joe gave us a a thorough explanation of our particular situation and many options to chose from as well his best recommendation. Did some research on my own and discovered that his best recommendation was our best option as well. I highly recommend Gault heating they have a team of very professional and experienced technicians. I had a new Lennox furnace and central Air and new hot water tank.
Excellent service. Pricing seemed a bit high considering the price of the part, but it was fixed, on the first call, within 15 minutes. Service was outstanding. Both men were very professional and I appreciated the extra tips and hints to help with efficiency and extending the life of the unit. (Most I already knew, but it's good to have reminders)
Gault Heating technician, Joe very friendly, professional and patient. Explained all that was being serviced and answered every and all questions. Hoping he is our tech for furnace tuneup this winter. Would definitely call Gault for any furnace needs based on their reputation and this young man as a rep for their company. Seems like I can copy and paste every time Gault is here . Consistently great service that you can trust.
Customer service is great and they’re very polite and I used them once before to service my ac and they were reasonably priced. I called this time to have them fix my central air which I knew my capacitor was bad. they quoted me just about $600 to put a part in that takes less than 5 minutes. I understand labor and all that other stuff but charging $550 for 10 minutes is absurd. So I ended up paying there 89$ fee for them to come out to try and sell me new ac unit and trying to charge me a ridiculous amount for a capacitor. ... read more
