Jesse was the service man, I felt he was excellent. He was very thorough and spent a good amount of time at my home to figure out the issue with my heating unit. Also spoke to me and showed me everything that he looked at and Explained in a way for me to understand which to me means A lot! They called to give me a heads up they were running behind at previous job - I had a scheduled regular maintenance of my furnace. Well, our furnace was blowing cold air and we called Gault! They sent someone out within a few hours and the technician assessed it. Bad news, need a new one. He was very nice and compassionate! Furnace had to be turned off. We called back to see if someone could come back out to show options so we could buy a new one. Ryan came out, same day, which was fantastic! As always it was a great experience. Gault has trained and polite .The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done well and fairly swift. I’m satisfied and will continue the relationship. I highly recommend this company they are legit.
I was amazed that we got same day service. Thank you. Chris was our service tech. He was very thorough and listened to our concerns. He wasn't in a hurry to just leave.
