HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I went to Gault BMW with my 2005 BMW Z4 last week to have my car inspection for NYS registration. Brian in the service department failed my car with the following reasons and the price they would charge to repair to pass: Windshield wipers $105 + tax Power steering rack $2,215 + tax 4 way hazard switch. $4,190 + tax Needless to say I went somewhere else. After their inspection all I needed was a tail light bulb for $6.00. What a racket they are. Do not trust them at all. Beware.

The sale rep I worked with was a rude and so was the sales manager I had to get the owner of Gault to come and get the deal that I was promised I would not recommend anyone to Buy a BMW from here just try to call there and ask for service and you can see for yourself

Lost my buisness. Was ready to sign but when offered an obserdly low trade in on my prius plug in we decided to look at Audi. We were offered $8000 more there for a car 3000 cheaper than bmw we wanted.
