First visit was with the staff at the Pooler location and went well. Second visit was with Dr. Gaughft at the main office. The staff were very good but Dr. Gaughft made it feel like an assembly line. She also needs to sound proof her rooms if she continues to harshly correct her staff with patients present. Third visit, staff great, Dr. Gaughft was once again in assembly line mode.
Dr. Gaughf has been my family's dermatologist for over 15 years. I have also been seen by her two PA's Blair Wente Schrepel and Amy Millsap. This group of medical professionals are the best of the best.
Dr. Gaughf is always thorough and friendly. I always have a number of squamous cell cancers. She offers me a variety of ways to treat it either in office or something I can do at home with the cream. The staff is always friendly and we get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
Dr Gaughf and her staff are always very professional and thorough. I have been to quite a few dermatologists over the years . . .but once I found Dr Gaughf I knew I had found the BEST! Once I had an issue with sutures over the weekend and Dr Gaughf called me back within an hour of me leaving a message . . .on a Sunday morning! That is a doctor who cares about her patients!
This was my first visit to Gaughf Dermatology in quite some time. From the call to set up the appointment through the visit with Dr. Gaughf was a very pleasant experience. Everyone I interacted with at the office was friendly and welcoming. I was escorted to the examination room pretty much at the time of my scheduled appointment. I highly recommend Gaughf Dermatology to my family, friends and anyone in need of a dermatologist.
Dr Gaughf is quite thorough and professional. She has a great bedside manner. Be proactive and ask regarding areas of concern! I have bee going to Dr Gaughf for over 5 years and see no reason to change.

Saw Blair, the PA and her assistant Mauri in Pooler. They each, as well as the lady at the front desk, had wonderful personalities, listened to my concerns, and removed the suspicious spots quickly and painlessly. Mauri was amazing with her numbing abilities and Blair removed them without me realizing she had. They make a great team!!
