I would give this zero stars if possible. My son was a resident here and ended up admitted to a psychiatric unit. The majority of his possessions were left at Gaudenzia. From the psychiatric unit, he was admitted to an alternate drug and alcohol facility. I phoned Gaudenzia expressing my intentions to pick up his things. I spoke with a lady who identified herself as a supervisor and she told me his things would be gathered up and ready for me or my designee to pick up Saturday (today) or Sunday.
