Pretty poor first impression. Bought a V-Star from my son and he gave me a new back tire for it. On my way out of town, I dropped off my back wheel and the new tire for mounting and was told the date code on the tire reflected it was 12 years old and they did not recommend I put this tire on the bike. Sounds reasonable so I asked the price of a new tire and was told $169.00. I was fine with that so threw the allegedly "too old" tire in the trunk and left for Louisville for a business event. Worst purchase experience I've ever encountered. Love the scooter but when I had issues no one from the dealership returns phone calls after numerous voice mails were left with GM & president. Look elsewhere if you're in the market for a scooter, customer satisfaction is not a priority at Gatto!!!!
If it wasn't for the great guys at customer sales or Rachel Sportelli in parts I would never recommend it! No way in would I recommend their service department! Not only I did make an apt and they didn't make accommodations for but when I stopped to check on my Polaris razor was lied to! When I stopped I was informed it hadn't been looked at yet but would be that they don't close until 7pm today. Sold my friend a blown up 450... then when he called to complain about it they said "its fine" meanwhile the piston was scored and it was burning oil not even 1 hour into riding it... not to mention the oil was completely black when we drained it...
My brother went in to order a voltage regulator for his bike I RODE OUT ON A NEW HARLEY!!!!!!
