I've been here for parts twice and both times I had a bad experience. I called both times to make sure the had the parts before I drove out Of my way to get them. First time wrong part all together, I just returned it and didn't take the money back because it was only a few dollars and I was in a rush. Second time I bought a chain that didn't have a master link in the box so I had to go back and pick one up. Not a big deal except it completely screwed my plans for the day and was a wasted trip.
I recently purchased a bike from here and it was a great experience. Everybody I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. I will definately be back in the future!
Shit service. Half the employees are clueless. I will gladly drive a little further to deal with lojaks from now on.
I purchased a 300 brute force quad for my daughter a few weeks ago. The sales Lady Rachel made me feel at home and was very helpful, Russell who also works in sales was great to talk to. Overall my sales experience was great,when I am ready to buy another machine Gatto cycle will be first on my list.
As soon as we called Russel was great and helped us out so much. Ended up going in the same day and making an agreement on a trade in for a side by side. They were very respectful and super friendly. Recommend this place for anyone!
Everyone was helpful and nice plus the selection was great! Can't wait to return!
