I really hate giving bad reviews for a restaurant, but this place just didn't earn a good one. The staff, although polite, were just not very responsive. The pizza buffet was stale and pizzas were not rotated out very often. All of this would have been fine if the food was good, but it was just so uninspiring and bland. I suppose it is on par with one might expect from a $7 buffet.
Went yesterday for lunch and there was NO fresh pizza! By the time I left the buffet was full of fresh pizza, please make sure its always fresh!
We have ordered from here twice now and the staff is awesome from the time you talk to them to when you pick it up. They go out of their way to help you and I will tell you that is hard to find. The pizza is always good with plenty on it. Thank you for making this an awesome place to eat.���
The pizza is great, salad bar needs a little help (wilted) but the pizza selection is none. We have now tried Gatti's twice and both times there has been very little on the buffet and what is there is old and cold. Yes we did request pizza but it took over 30 min to come out and every body rushed the buffet to get something fresh. I don't know if we will waste our money the next time we are looking for pizza.
Servers were not friendly and did not have enough pizza on hand and the food was average at best. The competition is probably better.
Pizza and pepperoni rolls... Yum! Every Friday needs to be Mr Gatti's Pizza Day!
Great place. Fried staff. $2 off a $9 Calzone was a Great surprise..
