Place was clean and the staff was very friendly. We got there around 8:30pm and they stayed open for us until we were finished. We felt like they actually cared about their customers. The food was warm and delicious. We will be returning with many friends and family.
This is one of my favorites for pizza. It's thin crust and crispy. They also have fabulous mac and cheese and garlic cheese bread.
Eating here brought back lots of great memories from the Mr. Gatti's I grew up with. The buffet here was kept well-stocked by a friendly and attentive staff. The pizza was great!
The way they coock the pizza it's no the same like it just it in the previous location.
Employees are VERY friendly and helpful and they greet you when you walk in and and always willing to make you a fresh pizza per your request! Food is great and fresh and yummy! It's well worth the trip to come in! We come on a regular basis! The game room is fun as well the music � is great �
There is nothing but kids working there and all they do is chat and laugh, no customer service my kids pizza cane it first then my deep dish pizza cane or under cooked and doughy we i sent it back i got attitude from the staff. When they brought it back it after my kids finished their pizza it was burnt, asked for a manager after not seeing one for almost an hour, he came from the back and was going to offer me coupons when i wanted my money back. Overall just a horrible experience.
I took my madre out to eat for lunch, and we stumbled upon Gatti’s for the first time. She and I just loved it! Their food is tasty and their staff friendly. A young employee by the name of Nicole took great care of the restaurant -mostly entirely by herself, might I add- and provided excellent customer service. We had a girl scout meeting/dinner there in the reservation room. Fantastic service! Great food!
